Phase I: Built in 1989, this project includes 296 units on nine acres. Separate clubhouse has amenities including a swimming pool, racquetball courts and fitness facility. The garden-style, three story walkup apartment buildings were constructed with wood frame and stucco and brick exterior.

Phase II: Built in 1991, this project includes 144 units on four acres.
