Broadway Tower Condominiums

Broadway Tower is a 12-story high-rise building with 96 luxury condominium units. Built in 1984 as an apartment complex, Overland Construction has been undergoing extensive renovations to transition it from an apartment complex, to one of the prime places to live in downtown Salt Lake City. Residents enjoy three levels of underground parking, a newly remodeled fitness center and breathtaking views of downtown and the Wasatch mountain range.
