Dave Murdock

David Murdock works for Overland Development. Dave has more than 30 years experience as a real estate consultant and in real estate acquisitions, development and property management. Before joining Overland, he was president of Press Realty Advisors, a real estate acquisition specialist for Medical Resource Technologies in Seattle, Wash., a disposition officer for Clark Financial Corporation in Salt Lake City, national director of acquisitions and dispositions for Atlantic Associates Inc. in Burmingham, Mich., and the Mid-West acquisition director for J.M. Jayson Company in Buffalo, N.Y. He also worked as a real estate manager for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Northeastern United States and Eastern Canada and was president and managing director of D.J. Murdock Construction, Inc. Dave has a Master of Business degree from Chapman College of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Utah. In addition to his background in real estate, Dave served as a company commander in the United States Marine Corp. He was later ranked as captain.
