History

Overland Group, Inc., is a synergistic organization consisting of six entities that provide, construction, development, and brokerage, financing, and property management services. Since its founding in 1987 by Kenneth T. Holman, Overland has completed projects exceeding $200 million.

The Overland team of professional’s represents over 50 years experience in construction and development and have guided many of its projects through the twelve steps of the development process.

Overland is recognized for high quality developments. We have twice won the Outstanding Design and Development Award through Envision Utah. We have been honored by The Downtown Alliance of Salt Lake City with a Special Recognition Award for outstanding development as well as by Sandy City for outstanding landscaping. Overland also prides itself in applying environmentally-friendly, green development concepts wherever possible.
