Overland Development Corporation has been in existence since 1987 and during that time has developed projects worth well over $200 million. These projects include industrial, manufacturing, office, retail, residential subdivisions, garden-style multifamily housing, condominiums, high-rise apartments, hotels, mixed-use developments, and even a golf course.
