Once a project begins, Overland conducts weekly meetings between the owner, architect, engineers, and major subcontractors to discuss scheduling and appropriate cost accounting, as well as all aspects of the project.

This “open book” policy eliminates surprises between the parties involved. By maintaining open communication lines, trust and respect among project participants develops.

Once the project is completed, Overland provides As-Built documents and warranties to ensure the new owner is thoroughly trained before the facility is turned over.
