Once a project begins, Overland conducts regular meetings between the owner, architect, engineers and major subcontractors to discuss scheduling and appropriate cost accounting, as well as all aspects of the project.

This “open book” policy eliminates surprises between the parties involved. By maintaining open communication lines, trust and respect among project participants can develop. Once the project is completed, Overland provides As-Built documents and warranties to ensure the new owner is thoroughly trained before the facility is turned over.
