Performance

Once a project is begun, Overland holds weekly meetings between the owner, the architect, the engineers, and the major subcontractors. Scheduling and appropriate cost accounting are discussed at these meetings. All aspects of the project are reviewed. This “open book” policy eliminates surprises between the various parties involved. By maintaining open lines of communication it develops trust and respect among the various project participants.  Once the project is completed, Overland provides the owner with As-Built documents and warranties to ensure that the client is thoroughly trained before the facility is turned over.
