Overland Construction Corporation began in 1987 as Uintah Construction. It later merged with Carpenter-Erichsen Construction and changed its name to Overland Construction Corporation. Originally, the company self-performed most of its services, but has since evolved into a construction management organization. With a database of more than 18,000 qualified subcontractors, 2,000 architects and 5,000 engineers, Overland has become a leading construction management company in the Intermountain West.
