Overland Capital Corporation provides commercial real estate finance services. With extensive lender relationships, particularly with small business administration (SBA), U.S. Department of Agricultural Business and Industry (UDSA B&I) and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) lenders, our prospective sets us apart from other lenders and mortgage brokers. We view commercial real estate financing from both the lenders' and the clients' perspective. The lender requires certain loan underwriting requirements, which must be met before a loan is obtained. The client may or may not be familiar with the lender’s underwriting requirements. At Overland, we review each client's situation and tailor the loan request to meet the lender's requirements. We also advise our clients on how to consolidate and/or diversify their debt structure to minimize debt service outlays.
